Four Interesting Oregon Coast Properties Listed for Sale

Arch Cape House: own your own castle on the coast

In tiny Arch Cape, just south of Cannon Beach, your home can literally be your castle. In the exceptionally cozy and charming neighborhood of Nye Beach, in the bustling town of Newport, developer Ian Clayman and his family are offering up two more brand new homes, a short walk from the beaches. They’ve recently built and sold a couple, and some more are planned down the line.

Along Newport’s bayfront – also a bustling, atmospheric spot that’s hard to resist - an intriguing set of business spots are now open for lease.
