Instead, Lincoln City keeps up the pace with plenty of events revolving around food, live theater, the arts, glass floats, history and even a reggae festival at the cusp of winter. Weather and ocean conditions permitting, every day colorful hand-blown glass floats are placed on the beaches of this central Oregon coast town.
