Oregon Coast Calendar: Late Summer Events in Yachats, Newport Published 07/20/2010
(Yachats, Oregon) – As summer sizzles along the central Oregon coast, so do the little towns. Newport, Waldport and Yachats are literally bouncing off the walls with things to do in August. The Oregon Coast Aquarium has a monstrous roster of events, Yachats features a bundle of lectures, movies and other goodies, and the lighthouses in Newport have a special celebration. Ghoul From The Tidal Pool. A production of the Yachats International Film Festival (YIFF). Admission is free.
