Outer waters from 150 nm to 250 nm offshore. Conditions given represent the highest within that period. Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than twice the significant wave height. .SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A cold front over the NW waters will become mostly stationary tonight into Tue over this region. High pressure will gradually build over the waters from the S and persist through Mon night, before a cold front approaches the area Tue and Tue night. Strengthening low pressure will approach the waters Wed and Wed night with the cold front moving E into the waters. The cold front will move inland Wed night as the low pressure moves N across the outer N waters into Thu and N of the area Thu night. A high pressure ridge will gradually build in across the waters later Thu and Thu night, then persist through Fri night as the low pressure slowly move NW and away from the area.
