Come goof around at this interesting spot just immediately south of the Lincoln County - Lane County line, and it could take you hours. There is no name for it on the highway (but a sign seems to indicate it is called Neptune South (which is odd because it's the northern access). There's just a parking lot leading to this wild stretch of basalt slabs and small chunk of sandy beach.

Techinically, it is still part of Neptune State Park.
