The basalt arch at the bottom of this unnamed beach access (part of Neptune State Scenic Viewpoint).

This somewhat secretive spot yields numerous treasures and scenic pleasures, including wild waves and a small cove beach with varied, even peculiar features all its own.

The spot is the first beach access as you enter Lane County from Lincoln County, immediately south of Cook's Chasm.

While not clearly marked, this access is the northern part of Neptune State Scenic Viewpoint. There is a sign in the parking lot, but it's not easy to see.
