Continue up the road to the viewpoints beneath Neahkahnie Mountain, where incredible ocean vistas pop out all over, and the first views you'll see are Short Sand Beach from above. From here, winter brings on especially insane oceanic wonders, as enormous, awe-inspiring waves go barreling through the cove.

The second photo is an aerial shot of this area and Cape Falcon. Notice the intriguing sea caves you can't see any other way than by aircraft.

In the bottom photo, it's the same view but at night - a load more mysterious.
