A kooky yet delightful moment on the Prom, filled with bubbles and cavorting children.

For a few years in the early 2000s, a local gent would show up along the Seaside Promenade and fire off bubbles for the enjoyment of all. He?s long gone now, but it was a fun and slightly unusual distraction for a time. It wasn?t just for kids: people of all ages stopped along their stroll to watch or sometimes play in the soapy airborne blobs.
