Lincoln City Offers Prize Incentives to Oregon
Coast Tourists
(Lincoln
City, Oregon) - The central Oregon coast town of Lincoln City has kickstarted
its "Fuel the Fun" promotion, to draw in more visitors during
midweek in the early fall and late summer by helping to offset gas bills
for tourists to the area. The Lincoln City Visitor Center has created
the gas pump painkiller, where you can win a variety of gift cards or
larger prizes, such as a getaway to Lincoln City.
The Visitor Center said there are over $25,000 in prizes
and gift cards, including 465 gift cards valued at $50 each.
Lincoln City’s Fuel the Fun Promotion began August
4th and will continue for 10 weeks, through October 9th, 2008.
In order to be eligible for gift cards or one of the grand
prizes, guests must present to the Visitor Information Center at 540 NE
Hwy 101 the following items:
- A receipt evidencing at least a one-night stay in an
eligible lodging facility. Eligible properties include any hotel, motel,
bed and breakfast, vacation rental or RV park within Lincoln City city
limits. Stay must have occurred on a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
or Thursday night between August 4th and October 9th, 2008.

Receipts evidencing expenditures on retail or restaurant purchases within
the Lincoln City city limits, from August 4th through October 9th totaling
at least $25.
Eligible persons must submit qualifying receipts to the
Lincoln City Visitor Center located at 540 NE Hwy 101 under the following
circumstances:
- Receipts will only be accepted during normal business
hours.
- Receipts will only be accepted on Mondays, Tuesdays,
Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Only original receipts will be accepted.
- Eligible persons, upon submitting valid receipts, will
draw an envelope containing either a $50 Visa Gift Card or a drawing entry
form.

Drawing entry form must be filled out completely and submitted by October
9th, 2008. Only complete entry forms will be accepted. Must be present
to participate in daily drawings.
Grand prize drawing will be held on October 9th, 2008.
Participants need not be present to win one of the two grand prizes. Call
