(Cannon Beach, Oregon) – The Thanksgiving and Christmas season is swooping in, and so are a bundle of celebrations and means to whoop it up on the north Oregon coast. Wine is a major player, and so are gifts, lovely lights, and a variety of events that ring in the holidays in the big tourist hotspots of Seaside and Cannon Beach.

November 17: Seaside Downtown Wine Walk. Tastings will be held inside participating businesses throughout downtown Seaside. Select Oregon wineries, complimentary hors d’oeuvres, live entertainment, commemorative logo wine glass, $5. ID bracelet will be required for wine tasting. You must be at least 21 years of age to participate. Some wineries may charge a minimal tasting fee. Wine pour 3 - 7 p.m. only. November 24: Holiday Lighted Parade & Caroling. The annual yuletide event where local groups and organizations march in this nighttime parade.
