(Seaside, Oregon) – First West Realty of Seaside and Portland is helping to change Seaside in some distinctive ways. It’s responsible for two new condo projects in the north Oregon coast resort town. One comes with 70 rooms, the other with ten units, and both promise to add significantly to the local economy as well as provide an income for owners.
The first is the stunning Seaview Condominiums at the Prom, which has just been completed. It is a soaring oceanfront property with enormous units still available – including one 2,300-sqare-foot townhome.

The other is Rivertide Suites, a vast, 70-unit condo/hotel, where buyers also receive revenue from their units being rented during the year as upscale hotel rooms. It opened its doors to guests and owners on August 22.

Both promise to increase the city’s tax revenue and its economy in other ways, while the Seaview Condominiums at the Prom also holds the possibility of income for the owner by putting their unit into the area’s vacation rental pool.
Three condos at the Seaview are still for sale. Two are single level units that are 1,400 square feet, priced at $839,000. The townhome has two levels and sells for $1,400,000. Both have expansive ocean views, large outdoor patios and immediate access to Seaside’s Promenade, along with dozens of other amenities.
Each unit features enormous windows that were designed with scenic ocean panoramas in mind, allowing for no obstruction of the view. Kitchen and bathrooms have granite surfaces, the best in appliances, balconies or patios with gas grills, and quality construction with superior soundproofing materials.

“The north coast has consistently ranked first to third place in
the highest appreciation of the entire Portland-coastal property surveys,”
he said. “18 percent to 23 percent yearly increases in value are
not unusual.”
