(Oregon Coast) – It’s the big, wild weekend of spring break on Oregon’s coast, where many school districts’ vacations overlap, and when the largest influx of tourists is expected to swamp coastal lodgings. Many – especially vacation rentals – have reported being filled up with reservations a while back for this one.
Most Oregon schools are wrapping up their breaks, while many Washington schools begin theirs this weekend. This means a much busier coastline than last weekend, as both areas of the northwest, along with a smattering of colleges and visitors from other states, vie for motel rooms across the Oregon coast.
So far, even the weekdays have proven bustling in all coastal towns, although lodging won’t be too difficult to find during the week. Seaside has so far seen the biggest flurry of activity, but even smaller towns like Manzanita have experienced a sizable rush of people.

Not all who have availability have reported back, but the following is a good sampling of towns from Seaside down to Yachats.
