Oregon
Coast Lodgings Offer Variety of Specials
(Oregon Coast) –
With the Second Summer phenomenon slowly winding down, the days
getting shorter and the official start of fall already in the air,
it’s the beginning of the slow season on the Oregon coast.
Less people are hitting the road, the beaches are more deserted,
and yet the weather is still beautiful and warm, with even a few
record temperatures on the beaches.
Yet the lodging industry
on the coast is beginning to see more empty rooms, so their rates
are dropping and more specials are popping up. With storm season
about a month away, and colder weather just around the corner, the
coastal tourism industry is heating things up in their price wars.
It’s a tourism
shopper’s paradise out there right now.
